Land is founded by Diego Segura.

Previously, I founded and directed design at NATION. It began as a DAO tooling product that worked with organizations like Aid for Ukraine to raise $2MM+ in donations, and Slow Ventures to facilitate DAO-owned land purchases.

Under the NATION banner, we also designed a breakthrough e-commerce auction system called Caro, and an e-signature solution to make DocuSign obsolete called Vellum.

NATION continues to operate with a talented team of 10.

Prior to founding NATION, I lead brand strategy, naming, and design at Waybridge, later joining the company full-time for a year-long stint as a Senior Designer. The company has since been acquired.

Before that, I was the youngest Associate Designer at COLLINS in New York, the top brand identity design firm in the world. There, I worked on the rebrands of Medium,, Warner Music Group, and Simon Sinek's The Optimism Company.

I am the author of The Dropout Manifesto.

Land is in the process of completing an initial fundraise to hire our founding engineering team. To apply, see our Careers page.
